Right now, it’s 3 pm on Wednesday and the Director of your department is demanding a Benchmarking report by the end of the week.  She wants to see how effective the training course was.  What do you do?  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here’s what &lt;a href="http://www.lms-global.com"&gt;LMS Global&lt;/a&gt; did:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.lms-global.com"&gt;LMS Global&lt;/a&gt; was charged with the task of creating a comprehensive Benchmarking report, for *Demo Co, which documents the outcome, performance improvement, and business benefits that occurred as a result of an in-house employee learning event. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To achieve this goal, &lt;a href="http://www.lms-global.com"&gt;LMS Global&lt;/a&gt; collected data using their Assessment and Evaluation Service.  The focus was to generate reports meeting the requirements of *Demo Co’s L&amp;D team 2006-2008, by encompassing feedback and key evaluation criteria to assess the value of the training activity.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Using Kirkpatrick’s 4 Levels of Evaluation, and the assessment and evaluation results obtained from a &lt;a href="http://www.lefframework.com/"&gt;Learning Evaluation Framework (LEFframework, &lt;/a&gt;&lt;a href="www.lms-global.com"&gt;LMS-Global &lt;/a&gt;was able to generate a customizable report which was both professional and comprehensive enough for L&amp;D stakeholders/Directors.  Since the original pre, post, and 2/3 month follow up reports were automatically produced by the &lt;a href="http://www.lefframework.com/"&gt;LEFframework&lt;/a&gt;, and readily available for analysis and comparison, &lt;a href="http://www.lms-global.com"&gt;LMS Global&lt;/a&gt; was able to adhere completely with *Demo Co’s defined evaluation requirements.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The unique existing data, taken from the pre, post, and 2/3 month follow up reports, provided us with the ability to produce reports that are relevant to the major stakeholder (i.e. L&amp;D team). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Therefore we produced two different types of reports:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;~ Benchmarking reports comparing individual workshops against the relevant Cluster Group.&lt;br /&gt;And&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;~ Average of the workshop title against Cluster Group.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These reports were integral to *Demo Co’s purpose because they demonstrated the performance of:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;• individual trainers delivering the same workshop&lt;br /&gt;• training suppliers wishing to evaluate their own performance against a benchmark&lt;br /&gt;• Stakeholders/directors who wish to review where training has had the greatest impact on improving competencies etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Additionally, the Benchmarking reports were of interest to stakeholders needing to identify a higher level of business benefit.  For example, which group of workshops delivers the greatest improvement?   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Scenario: Three months ago your sales team participated in a training course to boost sales statistics.
